David Hunghes describes himself as an-

"graphic designer who just so happens to be an illustrator"  

After college, he produced his first commissions for The daily express's cookery page, but soon grew bored needing something more challenging and inspiring. due to frustration he left The daily express and found his pace drawing for a column in "The observer." Which now a days he is mostly associated with. Personal i belief his drawing are so impressive and inspiring is because they contain an element of humour and fun as well as there  quirky appeal his use of rough messy detailing that works well giving a raw natural feel to his drawings. as well as a beautiful colour pallet which works well because of its simplicity.
